As a former Division 1 Athlete, I’ve been a teammate and coach my whole life. Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to do something in my life to contribute to other peoples’ lives in a positive way. Over the last four years, being a personal trainer has given me the opportunity to be able to have a career that I love, where I am able to make an impact and share my passion for fitness with others.
